[Grant] Add New Grant - 01 Finanţator

**Feature description: user can add the sponsor details**

Flow:
1. Go to sidebar menu > click on 'Grants', opens 'Grant lists' page > click on 'Add new grant' button > a new page opens
2. Step 1 in _Adding a grant_ is adding the Sponsor of the Grant by selecting it from a [dropdown list](https://www.figma.com/file/W7ppl5xGFpB3atVWwYL7qN/Alex-(asistentul-bugetar-al-ONG-urilor)?type=design&node-id=4626-72157&mode=design&t=yED3dImNWgfOJNyS-4) or filling in their contact details - '[Add Sponsor'](https://www.figma.com/file/W7ppl5xGFpB3atVWwYL7qN/Alex-(asistentul-bugetar-al-ONG-urilor)?type=design&node-id=2496-42815&mode=design&t=yED3dImNWgfOJNyS-4)
3. User fills in the details of a sponsor - [Alex data sheet](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1T6VGV0oOmubD6-GRxE1381wwPWWyY1hgM3lPV3ASWDQ/edit#gid=949766467)
4. User can save the sponsor's details
5. User can navigate to the next step in adding a new grant: 02 - Detaliile Grantului'

**Actions on Sponsor details**
- [Popup](https://www.figma.com/file/W7ppl5xGFpB3atVWwYL7qN/Alex-(asistentul-bugetar-al-ONG-urilor)?type=design&node-id=4634-70371&mode=design&t=yED3dImNWgfOJNyS-4) with message ‘Salvezi modificările?’ if ‘Anulează’ was clicked or any other click/ action (<>‘Pasul următor’) outside of the page (ex. Click on other menu item from on the left side of the screen)
- 'Salveaza' saves the new added Sponsor in the ['Sponsors list'](https://www.figma.com/file/W7ppl5xGFpB3atVWwYL7qN/Alex-(asistentul-bugetar-al-ONG-urilor)?type=design&node-id=3067-44106&mode=design&t=yED3dImNWgfOJNyS-4)
- ‘Anulează’ to cancel adding grant action and return to ‘[Listă granturi](https://www.figma.com/file/W7ppl5xGFpB3atVWwYL7qN/Alex-(asistentul-bugetar-al-ONG-urilor)?type=design&node-id=3048-49708&mode=design&t=yED3dImNWgfOJNyS-4)’ form
- Button: ‘Pasul următor’ leads to next step of the setup > ’02 Detaliile grantului’ (issue https://github.com/code4romania/alex-api/issues/44)

**Validations**

Field ‘Finanţator’:
- If no _Sponsor_ available in the drop down all the input fields (Nume si prenume, Telefon, Email, Adresă de corespondenţă) will be disabled, same the Pasul “Pasul următor” as the user should not be able to add a grant if no Sponsor was configured
- Option ‘Adaugă finanţator’ available in the dropdown and will redirect to Sponsor page [“Adaugă finanţator”](https://www.figma.com/file/W7ppl5xGFpB3atVWwYL7qN/Alex-(asistentul-bugetar-al-ONG-urilor)?type=design&node-id=5065-65859&mode=design&t=yED3dImNWgfOJNyS-4) to configure the Sponsor. Once ‘Salvează’/ ‘Anulează’ buttons are clicked, Sponsor page should be closed and return to [Adaugă grant’ > ‘Finanţator’ ](https://www.figma.com/file/W7ppl5xGFpB3atVWwYL7qN/Alex-(asistentul-bugetar-al-ONG-urilor)?type=design&node-id=2496-42815&mode=design&t=yED3dImNWgfOJNyS-4)step page to continue with the Grant setting.
- Checkbox ‘La fel ca reprezentantul’: disabled if no Sponsor was configured

Once the user fills in the first step ‘01 Finanţatori’ form details he will be able to:
- continue to next step form using “Pasul următor” button:
* the previous step title name will remain green
* the step number will be replaced with a check icon
* the new step title name will also be green ‘02 Detaliile grantului’
- click ‘Anulează’ button to cancel adding grant action and return to ‘Listă granturi’ form
