[Setup_CSO] CSO SetUp Overview, View and Edit

**Feature description: A user can overview, view and edit the CSO Profile**

Flow:
1. Go to the sidebar menu > click 'Profil organizație', the CSO profile is displayed.
2. OR, complete step 4 of the setup 'Expenses' (https://github.com/code4romania/alex-api/issues/74) > click 'Finalizeaza' button > the success page of setup is displayed and the rest of the menus become active. 4. Once the CSO Profile is set, the user can initiate other actions: 'Add funder', 'Add Grant', 'Add Statements', the respective links / buttons in the side bar menu becoming active.
