[Sponsor] View Sponsor

**Feature description: A user can see the details of a sponsor**

The available details are:
- The name of the selected sponsor
- The legal representative contact data
- The grants awarded by the sponsor (a list)

Flow:
1. Go to the sidebar menu > 'Sponsori' > 'Listă sponsori' > vertical points > 'Vizualizează detalii'
2. A new page opens showing the sponsor details: [Figma view Sponsor details](https://www.figma.com/file/W7ppl5xGFpB3atVWwYL7qN/Alex-(asistentul-bugetar-al-ONG-urilor)?type=design&node-id=5065-66245&t=e6XmbmtV7qCbtOPP-4)
No table pagination, all the records will be displayed on the same page.
3. If there is no grant added for the selected sponsor, a message will display: 'Nu ai granturi asociate sponsorului. **Actions on view sponsor**:
1. By mouse-hovering the 3 vertical dots button for each Grant displayed in the last column

2. Edit sponsor details by clicking ['Editeaza' button](https://www.figma.com/file/W7ppl5xGFpB3atVWwYL7qN/Alex-(asistentul-bugetar-al-ONG-urilor)?type=design&node-id=5129-64996&t=e6XmbmtV7qCbtOPP-4) linking to edit sponsor (issue described in https://github.com/code4romania/alex-api/issues/39
