[General] Filtering a table

Description
In order to filter a table, the user needs to click on "Filtreaza rezultate" button.
After clicking, the user can see the fields that can be used to filter the table:
[date-picker] date interval - from _date_ to _date_
[single selection] dropdown
[multiple selection] dropdown
[float] number interval - from value to value
In order to reset the filters to default (unfiltered), the user needs to click on "Resetează" button.
