[Balance sheet] Download archive with all files attached to a Balance sheet entry

Description
**Feature description: A user can download the archive containing all he files attached to a Balance Sheet entry**
Flow:
1. Go to Main menu > "Extrase de cont" > select a _Balance sheet_ from the _Balance sheet list_ / add new _Balance sheet_ > "Intrări și ieșiri" > see table >  (expand row )
2. Click on the “Descarcă arhivă” button.
3. A .zip file will be downloaded, as described in issue https://github.com/code4romania/alex-api/issues/17
