[General] Multiple languages support

The solution itself needs to be built so it supports multiple language for ease of redeployment in different countries or should the organisations need multiple languages later on.

For example, organizations such as Unicef, Save the Children, WWF have multiple branches in different countries. Should any of the international program managers need access to the data they will need the interface in a different language.
