[General] Select rows from table

**Feature description: A user can select multiple rows from a balance sheet table and perform actions on the selection**

Flow:
1. Go to Main menu > "Extrase de cont" > "Listă extrase de cont" or "Adaugă extras de cont"

3. After selecting, a section appears above the table, showing:
- the number of rows selected “X rânduri selectate”
- buttons “DESELECTEAZĂ”, “DESCARCĂ SELECȚIE”, “STERGE SELECȚIE”

**Actions on Select rows from table:**
1. “DESELECTEAZĂ” - deselect all the rows.
2. “DESCARCĂ SELECȚIE” - export the selection of rows.
4. “STERGE SELECȚIE” - delete multiple rows at once.
