[Balance sheet] Filter results in Balance sheet table

**Feature description: A user can filter results in a Balance Sheet table**

Flow:
1. Go to Main menu > "Extrase de cont" > select a _Balance sheet_ from the _Balance sheet list_ / add new _Balance sheet_ > "Intrări și ieșiri" section
2. Click the button “Filtrează tabel” and fill in the input fields that appeared:
[date picker] Perioada - from …date… to …date…
[float interval] Suma - from ...value... to ...value...
[single select] Status - "Alocat" / "Nealocat"
[multiple select] Sursa - select from list
- “Grant” > list of all grants
- “Venituri fara contract” > “Redirecționare 230”, “Donații individuale”. ”Cotizații”, ”Vânzări directe”, “Alte surse de venituri”
[single select] Status - "Alocat" / "Nealocat"

After the user filled in a field in the filter section, the table is automatically updated to the rows accordingly.
