[Tech research] All open-source projects on data viz

We need to create a repo with all the open source projects data visualization projects on covid in Romanian, English and French.

We need to collect:
- name
- who built it
- national or international
- if national, what country data it displays
- link to public platform
- link to GitHub
- status: if it is functional
- data update frequency - how often do they update, is it real time etc?
