Description
I wouldn't mind showing video ads to support youtubers so I didn't block video ads but I would like to quickly skip those ads that I'm not interested in.
Is it possible to
1 unlock the yellow ads progress bar, or
2 restore it to normal progress bar, or
3 add a new controllable ads video progress bar?

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the extension's video-ad and player-progress handling, then determine which proposed behavior is intended; done means ads retain support while their progress can be controlled or skipped.
