⚬ PROBLEM:
On the youtube home page, the annoyance of having to click the three dots to get to the "not interested" or "Don't recommend channel" options. Many times the floating div goes away when clicking an option and you end up misclicking the video instead. It's also annoying having to go through the extra steps to click the dots for each video you don't want to see.

⚬ SOLUTION:
Make the options in that dropdown static within the details grid so that the options are always visible for each video in the grid so you can click those options for each video without having to deal with the popup.
