Description

Feature Request: Toggle in appearances to move the playlist, and recommended videos below the default player and theater mode player rather than the default sidebar location. They should both be in containers like the playlist, but rather than vertically scrolling they should horizontally scroll.

Research direction

Start by tracing the appearances settings and the default and theater-mode player layouts that place the playlist and recommended videos in the sidebar. Compare the existing playlist container behavior, then determine how both sections should appear below each player and scroll horizontally when the toggle is enabled. Done means the toggle works consistently in both modes.
