Bug Report
Description
Certain extension features randomly enable themselves without any user action. Annoying buttons (e.g., below the player) appear automatically.
Steps to reproduce
- Disable certain features in extension settings
- Continue normal browsing
- Observe that some features have re-enabled themselves
- Annoying buttons become visible below the YouTube player
Expected behavior
Features should never auto-enable. Only user-initiated changes should toggle features on/off.

Research direction
Reproduce the issue by disabling features in the extension settings and continuing normal browsing until a feature or button reappears. Trace which setting changes without user action and identify the trigger for the unexpected enablement. Done means disabled features remain disabled and the buttons below the YouTube player stay hidden until the user enables them.
