Description
Bug Report
Description
Deactivated features still appear in the "Active features" list. When a setting is toggled on and then off again, it remains listed under Active features instead of being removed.
Steps to reproduce
- Go to Active features in the extension popup
- Toggle any feature ON
- Toggle it OFF
- Observe it still shows in the Active features list
Expected behavior
Only settings that differ from their default state should appear in Active features. Deactivated features should be removed from the list.

Research direction
Start at the extension popup's Active features list and reproduce the toggle-on, toggle-off sequence described in the issue. Trace how the list determines whether a setting differs from its default, then verify that toggled-off features disappear and that only non-default settings remain listed.
