Description

Concise Description
Image VDO not become full screen after rotating on a portrait screen. Tried setting at display setting to landscape, no issue found but it's not convenient since my screen layout is portrait.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the rotate flow in Chrome with a portrait-oriented display, then inspect the extension's video full-screen and rotation entry points. Done means the video becomes full screen after rotating to landscape without requiring a display-setting change; verify the behavior before and after rotation.
