🐞Shuffle doesn't shuffle forever

Concise Description

Even with Improve Youtube's Playlist->Shuffle feature and YT's shuffle button being active, it shuffles through playlist (not "mix") only for some time, then it gets stuck in loop of 5 videos.

Steps to reproduce - just make sure shuffle is on, watch/listen/let it play for a while, and then next video picked from playlist shall be the same one it was 4 vids earlier

Start by reproducing the issue in Firefox with Improve YouTube's Playlist→Shuffle feature and YouTube's shuffle button enabled, letting playback continue until the five-video loop appears. No file, test, version, settings, or console output is identified, so locate the shuffle/playback entry point and establish a repeatable test; done means extended shuffled playback no longer repeats the same five videos.
