🐞end cards or whatever they're called are now showing up for me, even though endscreen is off

not sure if this is a bug but it's only just shown up for me. with improve youtube the screen just goes to black once the video is done but now these are appearing

please i want these gone 🙏i'm trying to make my youtube 100% distraction free

Start by reproducing the issue in Firefox with the “hide endscreen” setting enabled, then watch a YouTube video to completion and compare the reported end cards with the attached screenshots. The issue is resolved when the end cards no longer appear while that setting is enabled.
