Description
Similar to the "Don't speed up the (rare) category: Education" toggle, it would be wonderful to have a list of either full channels or individual video IDs input by the user which would always play at 1x even when a "Speed-watching: Permanent Speed" other than 1x has been selected.
The viewing experience of many music oriented channels would benefit from this.
Thanks!

Research direction
Start by locating the "Speed-watching: Permanent Speed" setting and the playback-speed handling for YouTube channels and videos. Determine where user preferences are stored and how channel or video IDs can be matched. Done means users can define either kind of list and matching content always plays at 1x while other content retains the selected permanent speed.
