Steps to Reproduce: Install ImprovedTube in Safari Go to YouTube Change thumbnail size to "Small" or "Extra Small" Observe thumbnails become stretched/elongated Attempt to change back - doesn't work Only full extension reset fixes it Expected Behavior: Thumbnail size should change appropriately and be reversible Actual Behavior: Thumbnails stretch and setting becomes permanent until reset

Reproduce the issue in Safari on a YouTube channel home tab with ImprovedTube version 4, selecting Small and Extra Small thumbnail sizes. Inspect the thumbnail-size setting and related layout behavior; done means both sizes render without stretching and switching back works without resetting the extension.
