Description
Hi team. First of all, thanks for your great Chrome extension and your great work on it. Really appreciate this extension.
I only have a little concern: The Next/Previous video shortcuts seems to not working when we are NOT on the Youtube page where the music/video plays. When I'm focused on something else (Editing a document, writting an issue on GitHub ;-), etc...), if I want to change the video/music to the next/previous one, it's just not possible to do it. I need to go to the Youtube page to do that action, which somewhat defeats the desired functionality.
Thanks in advance for your time and your response.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are identified in the issue. First reproduce the Next/Previous video shortcut while focus is on a document or GitHub, then trace the extension's shortcut handling and its dependency on the YouTube page. Done means both shortcuts control the current YouTube playback from another page.
