🐞"Join" button in the "join this channel" menu is hidden and cannot be changed

Concise Description

When trying to join CGP Grey's Membership i noticed that i couldn't find the "join" button, or anything to proceed to the payment

checking a bit of inspect i found that "details.css" part of this extension was hiding the button, and nothing in the settings could bring it back, or at least i didn't found anything

if i manually disable the extension the button reappears

Try to join any channel that has membership, "join" button is hidden for any available tier

Bug cannot be tested when logged out because the "join this channel" menu requires you to be logged in

Expected preferred behavior:

the Join button in the "join this channel" menu should always be visible because if people open this menu it's either to check the membership or to buy it

Start by reproducing the issue in Firefox: open a channel's membership menu and confirm that the Join button is hidden while ImprovedTube is enabled. Inspect the extension's details.css to identify the rule hiding the button. Done means the Join button remains visible without disabling the extension.
