🐞Not working in German AppStore

Concise Description

• When I click on Safari button, the extension is not available in the German AppStore on MacOS (Pic 1 + 2)

• When I download the Safari Extension from the Release section on GitHub and then open it (tried several times), it still doesn't appear in my Safari extensions. (Pic 3 + 4)
  -- I tried to reinstall the extension. Restartet safari. Put the extension in my Application folder. Nothing works.

Download the extension from the AppStore

Possible Solution:

I managed to fix the error of not showing the extension (when manually downloading from GitHub instead from the AppStore) by checking the following in the safari settings.

Open the settings -> click on Developer -> check / enable the last setting
However this resets every time you start Safari, and also resets your extension

Start at the Safari button in the README and compare the German AppStore destination with the Safari extension artifact in the GitHub Release section. Reproduce both download paths on macOS Safari; done means the AppStore download is available in Germany and the downloaded extension appears in Safari without repeatedly enabling developer settings.
