Overview Analytics: y axis is not scaling properly

Hello,
As you can see on the left, the y axis is scaling on the maximum number shown on the graph (2393 submissions in this example) which makes the axis impossible to read.
While this is less problematic on the benchmarks and Users tabs when having a small date range selected, it also becomes problematic when there are a lot of Benchmarks or Users in a given range.
