On the [Multi-region clusters](https://www.cockroachlabs.com/docs/cockroachcloud/plan-your-cluster-basic#multi-region-clusters) section it is mentioned that `"Basic clusters can survive zone failures with only two regions"`. However in the table [Choose an HA strategy](https://www.cockroachlabs.com/docs/stable/data-resilience#choose-an-ha-strategy) it appears that the "Minimum regions to achieve fault tolerance" for "Single-region replication" is 1.
