Description
In the [What's New section for 24.1](https://www.cockroachlabs.com/docs/releases/v24.1.html#v24-1-0-alpha-4-command-line-changes) we talk about a new flag for `cockroach start` which controls the Go GC percent. That flag isn't mentioned however, in the docs page for [cockroach start](https://www.cockroachlabs.com/docs/v24.1/cockroach-start). We should add mention of that flag to the `cockroach start` documentation.
