Description

The page at https://www.cockroachlabs.com/docs/releases/ has incorrect info about what versions are available.

In the overview section, it says the latest production release is `v23.1.19`, within major version `v24.3`.

v24.3 is missing from the "Recent releases" section, and is instead listed as an upcoming release:

The v25.1 section says "CockroachDB is in active development and is not yet supported". It should say "CockroachDB v25.1 is in active development..."
