Start with the roachtest README and the failure at test_runner.go:850, then inspect the cluster_creation report and IBM parameters for ycsb/D/nodes=3/cpu=32. Done means determining why IBM rejects 32 CPUs and confirming the reported configuration no longer fails with that validation error.
