We've encountered two OOM issues related to cloudstorage sinks https://github.com/cockroachdb/cockroach/issues/106774 and https://github.com/cockroachdb/cockroach/issues/129947. We should see how we can improve testing in this land https://github.com/cockroachdb/cockroach/issues/129947.
