Description
Currently, if you want the DB Console -> hot ranges page to refresh to be up to date, you have to refresh the entire webpage (which in the case of a recent large internal test cluster, took 5-10 seconds). To speed things up, it would be nice if there was a bespoke refresh button that could be used to just reload the hot ranges data without reloading all the website elements, etc.
