**Describe the problem**
- default "multitenant" config of cockroach demo is not representative of prod-level configuration
- cockroach demo supports config profiles but does not set up credentials by default
**Expected behavior**
cockroach demo supports MT/UA config profiles and sets up credentials automatically.
