Description
I'm trying to connect to the telemetry cluster, which is currently on the 23.1.0-beta.2 build. When I click "Connect" I get a "Load failed" error.
To reproduce, [go to the telemetry cluster](https://cockroachlabs.cloud/cluster/6dd63ee2-f9be-4c5c-b79c-4f386191982d/users?cluster-type=dedicated) and click "Connect"
