Enable a way to logout/logoff

I was testing rockload and it does not seem to enable us to logoff.

I did a quick:

``` bash
$ ack logout
```

and a:

``` bash
$ ack logoff
```

And no results returned.

Also, perhaps we could add a mode where the login is not needed (this came to me when running rockload in localhost).

Start by locating rockload's login and session-handling entry points, especially the localhost path; the issue names no files or tests. Done should include a defined logout flow and a clearly specified behavior for running without login, with both behaviors verified.
