Parcel issue - one of many possible solutions

When i went to run this, after following the directions to a "T", it would fail. Im on Visual editor 2022, and I asked about in in the Github community

For me, the audit frix and manual install of @parcel/transformer -sass would not work at all. thank you @spenserblack for showing me this instead:
git clone...
npm install
npm start

it worked and I can leave this alone for now.....Been fighting it for a week!
