Moved to the coala org

This repo was/is `https://github.com/retr0h/git-url-parse`, and has just been transferred to the @coala group to assist with maintenance.

There are a few things which need to be updated, which can be noted here.

Where/how we credit @retr0h and note the history of the project should be discussed here.
