Description
`IGNORE_USERNAMES` is a workaround for an upstream problem https://github.com/errbotio/err-backend-gitter/issues/12 , and can be removed after that is fixed.
Ideally it gets fixed upstream, real quick, because it isnt going to work with GCI kids running their own instances.
