Description
After https://github.com/coala/community/issues/59 , we need to import gsoc data from 2016.
This is more complicated, as coala was a sub-org of [PSF](https://summerofcode.withgoogle.com/archive/2016/organizations/5597862805110784/). Doing this generically could be quite difficult.
We could search for projects prefixed with `[org name]: ` .
There are other orgs which used similar naming conventions, like [`Astropy: ...`](https://summerofcode.withgoogle.com/archive/2016/projects/6728735747211264/) within [OpenAstronomy](https://summerofcode.withgoogle.com/archive/2016/organizations/5193799529660416/)
