Description
There is one part of coala-utils only used by quickstart which is different on BSD.
Background to this problem can be found on
https://gitlab.com/coala/coala-utils/issues/52
If it doesnt, we may want GNU readline support which might be provided by https://github.com/ludwigschwardt/python-gnureadline/issues/52
If it does currently work, we need to add code comments / documentation about ensuring that we never use parts of Python readline module which might break BSD compatibility.
