Description
# Context
Today the best practices are only in French. They are therefore not very accessible to non-French speakers, which limits their use in many countries.
# What
Establish an organization to make good practices multi-language.
Define a default language to facilitate exchanges (English?) or at least a second "official" language on the repository.
Translate at least the good practices into English.
# Action
- [ ] Organization of the best practices for each language
- [ ] Define a default (or second) language for the repository (english?)
- [ ] Process to update the translated best practice (to keep updated)

Research direction
Start by reviewing the existing French best practices and the repository’s current language organization. Use the issue checklist to define the default or second official language, organize practices by language, translate the practices into English, and document how translations stay updated.
