Nesting metric seems missing

There are no more nesting metrics in `Measure`.

1. Go to 'Measure'
2. Click on 'Size'
4. See there is no 'Nesting' metric

#### Expected behavior

Metric 'Nesting' should be displayed in *Size* category.

Start by reproducing the issue in Measure > Size with i-Code 3.2.0 and plugin 2.0.2, then trace how the Size metrics are registered and displayed. Done means the Nesting metric appears in the Size category and the relevant behavior is covered by a test if the project provides one.
