The CAT Lab web site is a bit deprecated and its style should be improved.

This element could be improved:
- [ ] Navigation : all subpages should be reachable from a navigation bar
- [ ] Design : we may use a more modern/dynamic template
- [ ] Content : we may update the content with newly added features
