### Initiative description

https://tag-security.cncf.io/ is built from the archived https;//github.com/cncf/tag-security repo, and contains a number of resources (including meeting times and links) which are outdated. These should be redirected to new pages that are hosted in https://github.com/cncf/toc or https://github.com/cncf/community-site.

Four step process:

1. Get a list of all the pages on the old TAG-Security site (text format)
2. Build a redirect-publishing toolchain that can be used to serve the redirects
3. Have humans fill in a mapping from each page in (1) to an alternative maintained resource
4. Change the publishing for the TAG-Security site to point to the redirect tree
