Content from the draft [whitepaper](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1-zqxz5bdCLTuOEvi2ybADR3PcmzbBhNt6YkNnvx-KoA/edit#), drafted by the CNCF TUG, should be added. In case of no overlaps the different chapters should be added while in case of overlaps the content should be merged.
