notify/request reference architecture updates to authors

During today's public meeting, there was the idea to regularly ping the authors of reference architectures for any updates (or no updates). This should be a lightweight ping, and the discussion led to:
* Ping every 6 to 12 months
* Make it simple... was there a relevant update? Answering "no but this architecture is still live and shining" would be a very valuable answer, that should be reflected in the reference architecture document
* If there was an update, we sync with the authors for a follow up
