automatically log blogs in SFDC

For the future quarterly engagement emails, I'd like to have the tracking of blogs and webinars display in SFDC automatically. To achieve this, we could push members to a cloud form to submit their blog content and it would automatically store the submission under the digital engagement record of the account. We could also set it up to email pr@cncf.io so that the team would get a notification to review the submission by the member. Ideally, we could build in an automated workflow where Kim or Jessie could review and "accept" or "decline" and it would automatically email the member back with a templatized email, letting them know the outcome.
