Add ability to have private events

Sometimes communities want to organize a private event with only specific folks invited. Right now it appears setting it as a Test Event accomplishes this (from my own testing it won't appear in searches or community/group listings, but you can still send the direct link to those you want to invite). However then it is labeled "Test" which looks odd. It would be nice if that functionality could either simply be renamed to "Private", or a new functionality be created for private events.
