Rich text emails

When sending emails in relation to an event, we have previously sent images and links in regards to parking, how to get there and the likes.

I think there can be a gradual story for how to get there where the first version could be, allowing markdown with a small preview pane...and maybe the end goal could be a fully fledged option with a "view markdown" option for those who prefer the markdown way.
