Slack integration or Forum feature

CNCF currently has two private channels for community group organizers and for KCD organizers. The task of removing and adding folks is very tedious, especially when we are adding/removing multiple organizers for multiple KCDs at a time.

Would be nice if there were some sort of automation where folks are automatically added to the Slack channels based on having an "organizer" role.

Alternatively, a forum feature integrated in the platform so Slack doesn't need to be used as the comms tool.
