## Description
This proposal outlines the development of a Headlamp plugin for PipeCD. [PipeCD](https://pipecd.dev/) is a GitOps-style continuous delivery platform that handles deployments across multiple platforms (Kubernetes, Cloud Run, AWS, etc.). [Headlamp](https://headlamp.dev/) is an extensible, user-friendly Kubernetes web UI.
By building a PipeCD plugin for Headlamp, we can bridge the gap between cluster management and continuous delivery, allowing developers and operators to monitor their deployments, view pipeline statuses, and trigger sync operations without leaving their Kubernetes dashboard. This convergence reduces context switching and streamlines the operational workflow for Kubernetes-native teams.
