Add ability to filter to show just startups

Description
It could be useful to just show startups, came across where I was quickly looking for all the storage startups and related projects today and there was no easy way to filter to get that answer.
This could be defined by being founded in the last 3 or N years or by funding level (Seed, Series A etc)
Anyways, something for the backlog
