Description
It would be helpful to add information about a max length of each online programs types into [Online Programs Guidelines v1.0](https://github.com/cncf/foundation/blob/main/online-programs-guidelines.md). It is mentioned only in the sign up pages when someone clicks on each type, but it would be more convenient to know it directly from the guidelines page where all the instructions are.
